Mary Lamb has been a practitioner of mindfulness meditation since 1990. In 1995,
she attended a Jon Kabat-Zinn Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Workshop for
professionals. Since that time, she has taught many 6 and 8 week classes using
Kabat-Zinn’s model. She also teaches mindfulness to individuals and is available
for organized groups of 5 or more who are interested in taking a class together.
